One of the things we are most proud of at Bahr Bros. is our employees. We
have 60 hourly workers at our Marion, In facility as well as 11 salaried employees. These
individuals are complimented by a network of qualified sales representatives throughout
the country. Below you can take a moment to meet our salaried staff.President/Owner:
Jeffrey P. Jackson - - Employed at Bahr Bros.
since 1972, purchased Bahr Bros. in 1995, from his father W.M. "Bill" Jackson.
Vice President:
Tim Street - - Employed at Bahr Bros. since
1985, handles papermill business, commission agents and oversees everyday operation of
foundry.
Sales:
Scott Bratcher - - Employed at
Bahr Bros. since 1992. He is responsible for the paper mill industry as well as quoting
and sales of general jobbing castings throughout out the country.
Steve Carl - - Employed at Bahr Bros. since 1978, is our Safety Director, making sure we are current with all requirements on safety, environmental and OSHA regulations.
Purchasing:
Jerry Street - - Employed at Bahr Bros. since 1996, is responsible for purchasing and supplier approval for the pattern shop, foundry and machine shop.
Customer Service/Quality Control:
Matt Durbin - - Employed with Bahr Bros since
1987, responsible for scheduling orders, delivery scheduling. Matt is also the Quality
Control Manager responsible for maintaining Bahr Bros quality system and quality
issues pertaining to Bahr Bros or its valued customer.
Controller:
Julie Holcomb - - Employed with Bahr Bros. since 1982,
responsible for overseeing financial/accounting matters including accounts payable and
accounts receivable.
Foundry Support:
Scott Jones - - Employed with Bahr Bros since
1993, takes care of day to day operations of the foundry including molding and maintenance.
